Returns
At Court 11, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our policy below.
1. Change of Mind Returns
We accept change of mind returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds for change-of-mind returns will be issued as store credit or refunded via the original payment method at our discretion.
2. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
We will assess the issue and offer a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.
In some cases, we may require the item to be returned for inspection. We will cover return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Strings and custom-strung racquets cannot be returned unless there is a clear installation defect.
Clearance or final sale items are non-refundable unless faulty.
Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage not caused by a manufacturing defect cannot be returned.

Warranty Policy
At Court 11, we stand by the quality of our products. If you experience a manufacturing defect with any item purchased from us, we offer the following warranty coverage:

Racquet Strings: Due to the nature of stringing, we do not offer warranties on string breakage unless caused by a clear installation fault. If you believe there is an issue with the stringing service, please contact us and we will help rectify the issue.

Racquets & Accessories: Manufacturer warranties apply where available. If your item has a defect, we will assist in processing a warranty claim with the manufacturer.

This policy does not cover damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or accidental damage.
